The five questions that tell you a deal is dead
Most reps discover a deal is going nowhere in month three. These questions surface it in the first call, while you can still redirect the time.
The private room for verified Swap Leads members. Real playbooks from people who are actually closing, a job board run by the community, and five invites that pay you to bring the right people in.
Free · Opens the moment your email and phone are verified
Credits land when your invitee completes email and phone verification — not at signup. That's deliberate: we're paying for members, not for sign-ups.
Why this exists
Four things live here. Each one is useful on the day you join, not after you've built a reputation.
Tactical writing on qualification, discovery, pricing and pipeline — plus everything shipping in the product.
Open sales roles posted by members. Refer someone good, collect the referral fee yourself.
Contribution earns visible rank and real perks. Your alias builds a reputation even though your name never appears.
Every verified member gets five. Each one that verifies earns you five credits — real spending power.
The invite programme
A marketplace dies when it fills with people who don't belong in it. So we cap invitations deliberately — you get five, which forces you to think about who actually deserves one.
Five unique links appear in your dashboard once you're verified. Send them wherever you like — DM, email, a group chat.
They register and confirm both email and phone. Verification is the trigger — an unverified signup earns nothing.
Credited automatically, spendable immediately on any listing. Five successful invites is 25 credits.
The Playbook
Two streams. Sales craft written by members who are actually in the market, and straight product updates so you always know what changed.
Most reps discover a deal is going nowhere in month three. These questions surface it in the first call, while you can still redirect the time.
A breakdown of what actually transfers when a relationship comes attached to an introduction — and how to price that difference when you list.
Three verification channels are now live. Telegram takes one tap and costs nothing, because your number was already verified when you registered there.
The fastest way to lose a technical buyer is to show them features before you've named their problem back to them accurately.
We looked at what separates listings that move quickly from those that sit. It is almost never the price — it is the specificity of the pain point.
Update a lead after submission, push it back to the top of the marketplace, or pull it entirely. Withdrawing earns bonus credits.
Members write here too. Once you're verified you can pitch a piece. Published contributors get 15 credits and a permanent byline under their alias.

Every role here was submitted by someone in the community who knows the hiring manager. Refer a good candidate and the referral fee is yours — we take nothing.

Hiring, or know a role worth sharing? Verified members can post to The Board free. Posting a role that gets filled earns you 20 credits.
Post a roleStanding
Anonymity is the point of Swap Leads — but anonymity without status makes a community disposable. So standing attaches to your alias and follows you everywhere on the platform.
Everyone who joins before public launch
Publish a Playbook piece or post a role that fills
Five listings sold, or three invitees who go on to trade
Sustained contribution across selling, writing and referral
House rules
Communities don't fail because the rules are strict. They fail because the rules were never stated, so nobody knew when they were broken.
Post something useful — a listing, a playbook, a role — before you start asking. The members who contribute first get the most back.
The Floor is not a prospecting list. Selling your own product to other members is the fastest way to lose your seat.
Never try to unmask another member's alias, and never pressure anyone to reveal who they work for.
"Always be closing" helps nobody. If you post advice, post the situation, what you did, and what actually happened.
No contacts covered by an NDA, no lists scraped and dressed up as relationships, no client data you have no right to share.
You have five. Spend them on people you'd genuinely take a call from. Farming signups voids your allocation.
The rhythm
Every Monday
New roles go live and the week's fresh listings are summarised in one place. Start the week knowing what moved.
Every Wednesday
One tactical piece, member-written or from the team. Never more than one, so it's always worth opening.
Every Friday
Post one opportunity you can't work and take one you can. The community's signature ritual, and the fastest way to find your feet.
Monthly
Live, aliases only, cameras optional. Roadmap, deals people are stuck on, and open questions to the room.
Questions
No — and you can't. Everyone appears under the same generated alias they trade with, such as Amber-Summit-1187. That applies to Playbook bylines, job posts and the monthly call. It is the whole reason people can speak freely here: your employer and your clients never see you on The Floor.
Because an anonymous community with no verification becomes a spam channel within a month. Verification is what lets us keep aliases while still knowing that every member is one real, reachable person. You can verify through Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS — Telegram is free and takes one tap.
An invitee who completes both email and phone verification. Not a click, not a signup that never finishes. Five successful invites is 25 credits, which is enough to unlock several leads outright. Self-referral and duplicate accounts forfeit everything earned.
Yes. Publishing a Playbook piece or posting a role that gets filled moves you to Contributor and adds three. Anchors get unlimited. The cap exists to protect quality, so it lifts for the people demonstrably adding to it.
No. A fee agreed between you, the poster and the hiring company is entirely yours. The Board exists to make membership worth more than the marketplace alone — we don't intermediate it.
That's fine. Nothing obliges you to post, and most members lurk for a while first. Contribution unlocks extra invites and credits, but the Playbook and the Board are open to every verified member from day one.
Verify your email and phone, and The Floor opens — along with five invites worth 25 credits.
